It all starts with a decision: Do you want to be average or excellent? Part of the top 1% or the bottom 99%? I’ll tell you, it’s lonely at the top, but the air is so much nicer. Let’s jump past the questioning and make the decision that mediocrity is not the goal. Looking, feeling, and performing like everyone else is not why you grind in the gym every week or why you count your calories and macros like a mathematician. You do it to be constantly improving physically and mentally, and because if you’re going to workout anyway, it might as well count for something.
